Okay, got another one for you Luke.

What happens when Net of Amyntok(sp) is cast on a wizard in a unit of mixed strength values and the wizard attempts to cast a spell?

The options I have seen in other players packs/ FAQ documents are:

- the wizard uses his own strength to test, and only the wizard takes the hits if the test is failed (since the unit isn’t doing anything)

- the wizard uses his own strength to test, but the unit takes the hits if the test is failed

- the wizard uses the highest strength value in the unit to take the test, and only the wizard takes hits if the test is failed

- the wizard uses the highest strength value in the unit to take the test, and the unit takes the hits if the test is failed

I don't think it's that hard.
Take the test, using the highest in the unit, and if it fails, the unit takes the his distributed as per shooting (meaning the character cannot be hit if there are 5 or more non character models)

On average, how many pieces of terrain will be on each table? Additionally, what will be the makeup of the terrain(building, impassible, hill, forest, water etc)?

I am sure a number of players attending this tourny are considering the pros and cons of taking certain armies and or certain units. The amount of and diversity of terrain would have a significant impact upon this. Surely for what is the premier fantasy event of the year players should have a good idea of what terrain there will be. Just as an example, an event where impassable terrain and buildings are present on each table(which there should be) makes monsters and some characters a viable option, however if there are only a sprinkling of hills and forests around cannon armies have a huge advantage.

Nup.
We didn't have the benefit of knowing what terrain was there last year (or any year) when list building, why should it change now.
Just back yourself and the tools you bring, be competitive and have a heap of fun.

To be honest, if t is even one more piece of terrain per table than last year, it will be a huge improvement!
