Hey guys, Mark suggested we have WA mentors for each faction.
These can be people you go to for advice on your faction for list ideas, game experience, feedback, etc.
Just private message the person on westgamer and they'll respond or let you know the best alternative way to contact them (eg. Facebook, whatsapp, tinder, etc.)

I'll need volunteers for each faction. Post here if you think you're the go to guy for your faction and you're keen to mentor some newbies and help your faction win some things.
There can be multiple mentors for each faction if one guy finds the job too overwhelming. There are obviously more players out there for some factions than others. But for now I'll just keep it at one.

If you're keen, post here. If you think someone is the right person for the job, you can second them, and they'll be the mentor. Or you can suggest someone, and if they accept, they'll get the job. Each person can only suggest or second one person, so make it count. This isn't a popularity contest, we just want to find the most effective mentor for the new players of each faction.

Faction mentors:

WARMACHINE
Cygnar: Brayo (David Bray)
Menoth: Paulfrank (James McTernan)
Khador: Goyder (David Goyder)
Cryx: Obeisance (Jason Robinson)
Retribution: OneEye (Mark Ravi)
CoC: Polar (Ryan King)
Mercs: Churchless (Stephen Thompson)

HORDES
Trollbloods: Michaelb081988 (Michael Bryant)
Circle:
Skorne: Swirly (Earl Clarke)
Legion: Stumpy (Neil Stoney)
Minions: Pigs: Stumpy (Neil Stoney)

Lesson #1

I know she's cool, and possibly even the basis for starting the faction, but don't start with the Harbinger.
Once you've whipped out that 20" control area and played around with it, it's hard to go to anything else.
Learn from my mistakes, start with a nice lil focus 6 or 7, work your way up to the full 10.

Ok. I conscripted heaps of peeps. Still need someone for circle and minions. I'm looking at you Anthony and Brookesy.

If your name is up there and you don't wish to be, post here and prepare to be booed by me.

Just so people know, I am probably the best Retribution player in all of Australia.
I have a winning record against the other 3 notable Australian Retribution players.
Therefore I am probably the greatest Retribution player in the world.
If someone seeks advice on this faction, I am willing to help

- Sincerely, Douche-bag.

^Aza is indeed that good. And I beat this guy with pigs once. Therefore I'm the best minion player that ever has, does or will exist. No luck at all. None.

I do know more than most though. I know everything about them off the top of my head, even how to field triple posse. And now, triple croaks!
