File this one under 'just for fun'. There are some fish fanboys claiming it is what it claims - a genuine leak - but with a 100 point character that drops 2d6 S10 AP1 Large Blasts a turn and Firewarriors with options to take pulse carbines, pulse rifle, pulse pistol, close combat weapons, MX-01, MX-03-3, MX-04, MX-06 grenade, fleet of foot and missile pods, I'd say it's just a little optimistic.

Gue'vesa Squads taking Valkyrie Assault Carriers with Rail gun do sound kinda fun though

I'll take two if this is the real deal, one for me, one for my opponent, so they can read it and weep.

Tau need an overhaul badly, but I'll wait until the real deal is released.

I'd say you should take this with a mountain of salt.

OK, how many named characters do normal codexes have? And unit choices...there are, what, a bajillion different units listed in this thing, half that (that's right...half a bajillion) have bad names (even worse than normal Tau GW names).
Forget the grain/pile/mountain of salt...try a poop  My Tau WISH this was real...hell I have a small fortune in Forgeworld Tau because they looked so much better than the GW tissue-boxes-on-legs, but pah-lease...any more over the top and there would be a unit of 'super awesome extreme shadow stealth attacker warriors' with Glam upgrades that allow then to shout 'DARLING' as they slide up behind their enemy.

I started to read this on the Wargamer AU forums, but closes it after I read '2D6 S10 AP1 Templates'.
That was the first unit entry...

A few pearls taken from Wargamerau :)

Look we haven't even gotten to Crisis Suits yet.

Marine statline with S5, Acute Senses, Counter Attack, Deep Strike, Hit and Run, Relentless, Stubborn, Feel No Pain, Twin-linked Markerlight, MX-01, MX-03-3, MX-06 Grenades, Multitracker, Target Array, Target Lock, Flechette Discharges, Stimulant injectors, Drone Controller, 4 Gun Drones, as standard. 30 points each.

Then choose 3 guns for 0-10 points each.

I'm pretty sure they can also get storm shields for 15 points each...

RIGHT ON TIME
The Tau are known for their ability to outmaneuver their enemies and arrive precisely when they want to.
At the beginning of any game before any modelshave been place, the Tau commander may decide tohave his entire army arrive in any game turn, writedown which game turn the army would like toarrive in, then declare the entire army in reserve. After their opponent has deployed, the Taucommander declares that instead their army is on
“standby” and reveals the piece of paper they wrote
down the turn they would arrive on. Tau may notsteal initiative, or attempt to arrive early, and theentire army must be placed on standby.
Yes sure Tau players just get to have all there models show up turn 5. WTF my GOD if this rule was real and it was set number of turns all the Tau player would have to do is go second and they can't lose.
Quote:
Kroot with 2A and I5 base, Kroot Rifle, 4 unknown types of grenades, Counter Attack, Fleet of foot, Infiltrate, Outflank, Move through cover, Stubborn. For a grand total of 4 points each (and a free shaper).

Hammerhads in squadrons of 1-6 for 100 points each with railgun (and a free twin linked missile pod on top of what they get now).
Imagine this stuff turns out to be real

It's pretty obviously a fake. And a hilarious one at that.

That is pretty gold. Also, subtle, subtle wishlisting. Subtle like a jackhammer subtle.

Dreaming for sure, but if this is only partially true it may even convince me to dust-off my enormous(ly expensive) Tau army again.

If this is all true I'll change my name to Taugood! Can't see that happening.
