Hi all,

Prompted by the "Fat Mat" thread, I was thinking about the Dropzone Commander card buildings and how suitable they might be for epic.

10mm means everything is off scale (167%), but the images look pretty good. The idea of playing in a dense city really appeals (Helsreach is the reason I paint my dudes black) and the price is right, but I wonder how well it would work.

Have any of you guys played on a table with the DZC stuff? Was it just silly, or did it look cool?

Colm

I reckon that if you stuck to that card terrain it'd look fine. The resin buildings not so much, and any 10mm scale scenery kits from model railway stuff unfortunately just looks to huge (as I found out  )

I'm considering buying myself a set for the Firestorm Planetfall as that's 10mm. Looks good and should be a welcome change from the basic Field of Green tables we've been playing on.

Yeah, we have been playing with that on pretty much every game so far. Just nice to have some variation is all.
